Turtle Bay Mobile Home Park is a nice place to live… close to the river trail, close to the river, easy access to the store, shopping, everything. It’s a really nice place to live.

If you love the outdoors you cannot beat the location. It’s only a five minute walk to the Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay complex and the Arboretum, and about a 15 mile bike ride to Shasta Dam. The bike path is paved. A great ride! Lots to do around it and right across the Sacramento River from downtown Redding.
